FACEBOOK PREMIER UPLOAD. Make Pre-recorded Videos Appear Live

Facebook’s ‘Premieres’ video format will let publishers post prerecorded video as live footage. You may not have it yet.

Facebook says its new video format is currently being tested among a group of creators, publishers and shows, with a wider rollout happening soon.

Now with Facebook’s new Premier video uploading option you can now treat prerecorded videos as a live when using the Premier option when natively uploading videos to Facebook.

Using th Premier option the video will play like a livestream, allowing viewers the chance to interact with the video as it is broadcast on the site.    Using the new Facebook Premier video upload is a GAME CHANGER for organic reach and getting eyeballs on your page!

I have to admit this is the coolest thing ever. You can now go to upload a video and there is an option to Post, Schedule or upload as Premier. When you select Premier it sets up a preschedule for the video and sets up a LIVE Video Event on your page. It then notifies people in your feed that you have scheduled a LIVE event scheduled. It gets eyeballs on the video before it ever plays. The best thing is that the video is not live.

This is so powerful to get the LIVE Facebook features out without having a true LIVE video event.
