Real Estate agents often pick up on buzz phrases or marketing tactics they see used on social media. They begin copying it and soon it is saturated.
STOP using the phrase Location! Location! Location!
This is one of the most widely-overused phrases about Real Estate that I can think of. In today’s competitive, challenging Real Estate market, it isn’t simply about location anymore. (This shouldn’t be groundbreaking news to you. If it is, see: 2008).
While location is a consideration, it’s about so much more these days.
Successful agents know when to stop copying outdated or saturate pitches. To be captivating it is important to be original.
