Here are 6 Tips From My Coaching Program – Guaranteed to Get Leads
1. Realtors: Call, text or email at least 10 people – let them know you are hosting an open house (with wine and cheese) this weekend. Ask them to tell their their friends.
2. Drop by 2 new builder subdivisions tomorrow with some cookies and your business card. Follow up on Monday.
3. Drop by a recently closed client and ask to take a picture of them in front of the new house. Post to Facebook.
(Tell them you are so proud and happy. Assure them you will not post address or names)
4. Write a handwritten note to your last 3 buyers and ask how things are going in their new home. Ask if you can be of help with anything. THINK REFERRALS! They will love you for the added attention.
5. Work on a 2017 marketing plan. It helps to work on it a little at a time as inspiration comes during October – December 31. Involve your team. Schedule a few team brain storming sessions and retreats.
6. Set up 3 lunches, coffee or breakfasts for next week. (NETWORK)
